DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1、Understand customers, anticipate their needs and be proactive to their needs
2、Service customers directly by doing daily rounds to assigned outpatient clinics, provide excellent service to customers, initiate and build positive relationships with them
3、Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on customer’s needs
4、Manage onsite situation
5、Identify ways that customer service can better address customers’ needs
6、Feedback costumers’ needs to respective departments, outside of Patient Service scope
7、Feedback to Manager or any other relevant departments on service requests from customers,
8、Introduce Huixing services to customers during interactions.
9、Refer medical or clinical complains/issues to Manager.
10、If assigned with specific nationality, job scope covers all issues related to the particular nationality patients, including but not limited to appointment booking, inquires, translation, billing, insurance and statistics tracking and analysis etc.

1、Service oriented person ,Good at interpersonal skills, able to handle complex relationship
2、Experienced with problem solving,resourceful, a creative problem solver
3、Good at communication-at least bilingual, verbal and written
4、Good in data collection, well organized
5、Good at stress management with high stress tolerance level
6、Able to work with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
7、Strong in learning and adaptability
